Henry Harder

Henry R. "Harry," 91, of Clifton died February 24, 2014.  Born in Newark, he resided in Belleville before moving to Clifton in 1958.  Harry is a US Navy Veteran of WWII who served aboard the USS Sproston in the Pacific.  He is a member of the Tin Can Sailors Association.  Harry was employed as a pressman for Rocco Press in Newark and most recently for Wolf Press in Teterboro.  He is a former member of Pressman's Local #183 in Jersey City and Local #31 in Newark.  Harry was a parishioner and usher at St. Paul R.C. Church in Clifton.  He is predeceased by his loving wife of 64 years, Mildred (Fodor) who died in 2012.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10 AM Monday at St. Paul R.C. Church followed by cremation at Laurel Grove Cemetery.
