Kathy and your entire family, please accept my heartfelt sympathy at the passing of your Mom. She was truly a special, loving, vibrant woman. I have many fond memories of her over the years especially her love of the Mets and of course her game shows. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Dear Cousins, Thoughts of your mom always bring back memories of happy times and warm feelings of love and a passion for baseball. She never came to Kathy's house without at least a call to say hello..We will miss those calls and the visits we shared together as family. The Mets now have their own " angel in the outfield ". God Bless you all. Take care of yourselves. With love and prayers, Karen,Vince,Maria,Briana & Andrew

I never will forget all the wonderful times I spent with Gene, driving up to speak at Ithaca College, sightseeing in Palm Springs, parading onto the Field at Shea Stadium, and lots more. I loved hearing her recite the infield fly rule from memory and listening to accounts of her game show victories. She was a true All-American, one of a kind, and I will miss her melodious voice and winning smile.

Family of Gene, please accept my sincere sympathy of the passing of Gene. A great lady I enjoyed being with at reunions, and get togethers. I will always remember the trip to Slippery Rock, when some of us accidently left her in the car, with doors locked. We had many good laughs about that trip.
Thinking of the family.
Sincerely, Sue Kidd
