HAFT Helen (nee Urdang), age 89, of Paterson, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2009. Beloved wife of the late Nathan "Nuddy" Haft. Devoted mother of Steven P. Haft and his wife Jill of Parsippany, NJ, and Deena B. Whited and her husband John Travers of Unity, ME. Proud grandmother of Seth Whited, Tara Slogoff and her husband Jonathan, and Jodi Cutler and her husband Noah. Great-grandmother of Samantha and Sienna Slogoff. Dear sister of the late Leon Urdang. Helen was a member and past National Vice President of Women's American ORT and was a former member of the Barnert Memorial Temple, formerly in Paterson and currently now located in Franklin Lakes.Graveside service 11:00 AM today at King Solomon Cemetery, Clifton, NJ. Memorial donations in memory of Helen U. Haft may be made to Women's American ORT.Arrangements are by Louis Suburban Chapel, 13-01 Broadway, Fair Lawn, NJ.
