Louis ADAM, 33, died February 25, 2017, after a long struggle with mental illness and substance Abuse. Born November 2, 1983 in Roseville, California, Adam was a resident of both Bergen County and New York City since the age of 8. Adam was in regular attendance at multiple AA meetings throughout Bergen County and had recently celebrated 90 days of sobriety. He worked in the family owned medical billing company, Provider Services Ma-nagement, as a Recovery Investigator.
Adam is survived by many friends and family including parents Wendy Lynn Reeves and Kathleen Massa of Saddle Brook, Louis and Teresa Perez of New York City, siblings Noah Reeves, Brit-tney Perez, Melanie Massa and Michelle Massa, grandparents Ramiro and Ada Perez of New York City & Ruth Reeves of Granite Bay, California, great grandmother Armantina Acosta of New York City, along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews who will greatly miss him.
A memorial service to celebrate Adam's life will be held on Sunday March 5th, 2017 from Noon to 2:00 p.m. at the Patrick J. Conte Funeral Home, 274 Market Street, Elmwood Park, N.J. 07407.
