Edward A., 85, of Hasbrouck Heights passed away on Thursday, February 20, 2014. Born in Union City to the late Edward and Dorothy Hart. He was a graduate of St. Michael's High School in Union City. Edward was an Army veteran of the Korean War. Before retiring, he was an expediter for Bendix Corp. in Teterboro for thirty-five years and then was employed as an expediter at Werner & Pfleiderer in Ramsey. He was a parishioner of Corpus Christi R.C. Church, was involved with its C.Y.O. and was a former member of the REACH Program all in Hasbrouck Heights. Beloved husband of the late Frances (nee Corcoran) Hart. Devoted father of Edward and his wife Pat of East Greenwich, R.I., Thomas Hart and his wife Gerri of Gladstone, John Hart and his wife Donna of Brewster, NY., Mary Hughes and her husband Larry of Saddle Brook, Kathy Radespiel and her husband Steven of Hillsdale and Patrick Hart and his wife Christine of Dania, Fl. Dear brother of Dorothy Zuccaro of Calif., Veronica Hart of Point Pleasant and the late John and Thomas Hart and Mary Feneis. Loving grandfather of Christopher, Kevin, Colleen, Tom, Catherine and Colin Hart, Katie, Elisabeth, Colleen and Laura Hughes, Andrew, Meghan and Michael Radespiel and the late Meghan Hughes. Cherished uncle of many nieces and nephews. Funeral from Costa Memorial Home Boulevard and Central Ave. Hasbrouck Heights on Monday, February 24th. at 10 AM. Funeral Liturgy from Corpus Christi R.C. Church Hasbrouck Heights at 11 AM. Interment following at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Visitation Saturday, February 22nd. from 7-9 PM and Sunday, February 23rd. from 2-6 PM. In memory of Ed's life, please pass on an act of kindness to someone in need.
