As I sit here writing this I am still in disbelief that Grant is no longer with us. Over the past 13 yrs I had the pleasure of sharing many joyous and happy times with Grant from family occasions to golfing and everything else in between. Grant always had a great sense of humor and we shared a lot of laughs along the way that will always bring a smile to my face when I think about him.

Beyond being a close and dear friend, Grant was an outstanding Father to Hunter for whom he cherished and often spoke very highly and proud of. Though, Grant is no longer with us I'm sure he will be watching over Hunter for the rest of her life in all that she does and all that she accomplishes. He loved her very, very dearly...

Our deepest and sincere condolences to the whole Runge family for your loss. Grant will surely be missed.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this very sad and difficult time.

I worked with Grant in NJB/Bell Atlantic/Verizon his whole career and he always made our work hours "fun". He was truly a great person and friend. This is a total shock as I had just recently talked with him. My thoughts and prayers go out to the entire family but most importantly Hunter, your dad thought the world of you and was so proud. May he now rest in enternal peace.
