Mrs. Hyman was my English teacher at West Essex. I have no words to explain the massive impact she had on my life. I literally use the lessons she taught me in life every single day, from how to make lists to overcome my lack of focus, to my work as a writer thanks to her support. I've been meaning to reach out to her for years to thank her for all she's done, but the years just slipped by. Today, I was smiling thinking of her, and I wanted to reach out and say hello. I'm deeply saddened to see I'm too late (which has made me cry). To whoever may still see this, please know that she is still remembered by many, and her influence, support, and positivity lives on and makes the world a better place every day. She is loved and remembered always. My deepest condolences. x - Kimberly

I have been looking back in my life remembering all the incredible people who supported me, loved me and got me through so many difficult times. And Arlene and Bruce immediately came to mind. So I went to the Internet to look you up. And I was so saddened to see that Arlene has passed. She was a wonderful life force for all that is good and loving. I met Arlene and Bruce as the family babysitter but soon was adopted. Arlene saved my life by pressing me to go into therapy. She cared so much about people and had an enormous heart and was a great mentor. We lost touch over these past decades but Arlene has lived on in my heart with her words of wisdom and love supporting me always. I am deeply sorry for your loss.
