On April 7th, a legend was lost. Tom, Tommy, Dad, Grandpa, Grampa, Papa T, Boss... Whatever you called him, you were very fond of him. He had the gift of gab and the best stories, but he was also good at just observing everything around him. He was the man behind the camera, capturing his favourite people and the simple moments we took for granted. He always had the best advice to give, even if he couldn't put the words together properly and the majority of them were made up. He was passionate, feisty and loved his family hard. His heart was always in the right place, and never failed to fill a room with laughter and chaos - especially in public. He was always so proud of his children and their kids for everything they accomplished, no matter how big or small. He loved family dinners and kicking our butts at darts, pool or beer pong. He was generous, selfless, helpful and funny. Tom leaves behind his beloved wife and soulmate, Michele and their children Danielle (Bill) and Cody (Andrea), grandkids Lydia, Claudia, Xander and Pheobe and great- grandkids Ryder, Mila, Peyton and Brooks, his mom Thomasina, and siblings Steve, Lynn and Eric. Predeceased by granddaughter Lily and his dad, Walter. We were all so lucky to have him in our lives. We'll miss your kick-ass attitude, "Tom-isms" and sweet smile the most. We will keep your legend alive and make sure all the great grandkids know about how much joy you brought to our family, and Claudia promises to instigate food fights during family dinners on your behalf. You worked damn hard in this life and you've earned the right to peaceful eternal sleep. We'll all take care of Mom - and each other- because family first. May you look over and protect us all with those sparkling eyes and full smile from above. We love you
