I have very fond memories of Farrell regarding all of his many generous activities and contributions at St. Stephen's Parish through the years. I've made a donation in his memory to the Alzheimer's Society.

I was saddened to hear of Hoppy's passing today. We worked together over some 2 years to form Radio Amateurs of Canada. We were always on the same page on that goal. Hoppy was a gentleman and an eternal optimist, and that made the difference in the sometimes testy negotiations, after all we were brothers in Ham Radio. Congratulations on a long life, rest now! It was a pleasure to know you. 73 de Dana VE3DSS/VE3DS
