Dear Shela and Michael Michelle Ela Janne (Germany)Gina and all friends and Family Members near & far.
Werner and I have been in schock since the news came. A beautiful chapter has closed on earth for all of us. Please know that we in Stony Plain, Alberta
are with you in thought and prayer. They were both such special people and I know even though we did not keep in touch as we did when Ma/Oma was still with us we were all close family some years back. Rita was a particularely one of a kind since I have known her as far back as 1958 and Werner of course even earlier starting in Berlin Germany. Rita was the only lifeline after mom passed and if ever I knew someone that was organized and focused in every area it was her. Her first words when answering any phone calls was a bubbly Hello dear, which automatically placed one in a positive mood. We loved her when we were together in Saskatoon and we loves her when she moved to BC.We canot imagen a nother Rita. We are so sad to not hear her up beat voice or positive nature except in our memories but we are thankful that she is joining so many who we also loved and went before her,after our tears are no more and acceptance has finally set in we rejoice in the knowledge that she will be organized and waiting for us with a smile when we arrive. For that certainty We will all be greatful and I know that some of my fear has subsided because she will welcome me in the eyes of our Lord and Savior. Rita & Peter rest in peace until we meet again with our hugs and cup of tears one day.
Werner and I send you all especially Mike, Shela, Ela, Norbert,Janne and Gina, our sincerest Condolences and our love to shelter you as we all try to accept what we have lost. Now is the time we all join together without regrets and say goodby to such special people in our lives.
