Regina Taylor, 80 of Basye passed away on January 17, 2021 at her home. A Graveside Service will be at 2:00 P.M. on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 in Culpeper National Cemetery. Reverend Phil Speicher will officiate. The family will receive friends at Dellinger Funeral Homes, Mt. Jackson from 11:00-12:00.

Regina was born on March 29, 1940 and was the daughter of the late Paul and Ruth Shumate Miller. She was a Navy Veteran.

She was preceded in death by two brothers, Glenn Miller, and Theodore Miller.

She is survived by four children, Charles Eric Taylor, Paula Lynn Taylor, David M. Taylor, and Amber Patrice Debets: seven grandchildren, Ian Taylor, Joseph Taylor, Jared Taylor, Brianna Jenkins, Bradley Dougherty, Andrea Taylor, and Collin Debets and six great grandchildren.

Arrangements are in the care of Dellinger Funeral Homes, Mt. Jackson.
