Barbara Hatton Obituary

Barbara A. Hatton

Barbara Ann Fogle Hatton, 75, of Bluemont died Monday at Blue Ridge Hospice Residential Center in Winchester.

The funeral will be conducted Thursday at 2 p.m. at St. Bridget's Chapel in the Field in Berryville by the Rev. Stanley J. Krempa. Burial will be private.

Mrs. Hatton was born March 8, 1933, in Alexandria, daughter of Raymond E. and Annie L. Fogle. She was a graduate of St. Mary's Academy in Alexandria. She worked as a civilian for the Air National Guard for 41 years. She was the wife of the late Robert Edward Hatton Sr.

Surviving are a daughter, Diane Lynn Baskin of Clifton; a son, Robert E. Hatton Jr. of Centreville; two sisters, Gwen Hales of Bluemont and Gail R. Fogle of Manassas; and three grandchildren.

A rosary will be said Wednesday at 7 p.m. after which the family will receive friends until 9 p.m. at the Enders & Shirley Funeral Home in Berryville.

Memorial contributions may be made to Blue Ridge Hospice, 333 W. Cork St., Winchester 22601; or St. Bridget's Chapel in the Field Building Fund, 130 Keating Drive, Winchester 22601.
