CLARENCE TROPPMAN "BUD" LANSING, IL
Clarence "Bud" Troppman, age 91, of Lansing, IL, passed away at home Sunday evening, February 10, 2013, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by sons: Darryl Troppman and Dennis (Sue) Troppman; daughter, Denise (Chuck) Thompson; loving granddaughters; Carisa (Craig) Urban, Valerie Litwiller, Kelly (Milosh) Pujo, and Wendy Thompson. Great grandson, Cory Urban; sister-in-law, Lucy Yurek; and many nieces and nephews. Clarence was preceded in death by his loving wife of 65 years, Helen Troppman; and sister, Ruth Enoksen. Bud retired from the Ford Stamping Plant in Chicago Heights after 39 years of devoted service. He was also a Red Coat volunteer for 17 years at St. Margaret's Hospital North Campus in Hammond. Clarence was a very loving and caring husband, father and grandfather, who loved helping friends and neighbors. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Friday, February 15, 2013 from 2:00-9:00 p.m. at the Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home, 3227 Ridge Rd., Lansing, IL. Funeral services will be held Saturday beginning at 9:30 a.m. from Schroeder-Lauer Funeral Home proceeding to St. Ann Catholic Church, 3010 Ridge Rd., Lansing, IL, for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Assumption Cemetery, Glenwood, IL.
