Joyce Elaine Iussig (nee Boudry) MERRILLVILLE, IN - Joyce Elaine Iussig (nee Boudry) 93, of Merrillville IN passed away on Monday, June 11, 2018. She was born in Fond du Lac, WI on July 12, 1924. She is preceded in death by her parents: Sharron and Gertrude Boudry; as well as Gino, her best friend and husband of 64 beautiful years who passed away just a few short weeks ago. Joyce is also preceded in death by her loving aunt and uncle: Gertrude and Henry Mueller; brothers: Eugene (Donna) Boudry, Bruce (Jeanette) Boudry and Gerald Gross. Joyce is survived by her son, Pete (Megan); daughters: Gail (Elroy) Stoglin and Karen (Dan) Kuzma; along with grandchildren: Matthew (Autumn) Kuzma, Michael Stoglin, Kristina Kuzma, Andrea Joyce Stoglin, and Isabella Iussig; her two dear "sister cousins": Arlene Karrle and Karen Zanolla; sister-in-law, Joyce Gross; and many beloved nieces, nephews and cousins. Joyce blessed the lives of all who knew her. She gave generously of both her time and talents to anyone in need. She was an excellent seamstress and a wonderful cook. She and Gino spent many hours cheering on the Cubs and watching IU Basketball. Joyce was just like Gino in that they both loved the Mueller, Kralis, Qualizza, Locasto, Duriavig and Boudry Families. She adored the family dogs, especially her favorite, Clementine. Joyce was a devoted wife, a loving mother and a beautiful grandmother. She taught us all what love truly is. Friends may visit with her family on Friday, June 15, 2018 at GEISEN FUNERAL, CREMATION & RECEPTION CENTRE, 606 E. 113th Ave., Crown Point, IN 46307 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
