Lorraine Nedza Obituary
Lorraine A. Nedza, of La Porte, passed away at 3:30 p.m. Monday, December 29, 2014 at her home. On August 15, 1953 in Chicago, IL she married Stephen F. Nedza who survives. She leaves behind her husband, three daughters: Theresa (Dan) Mayerik, Portage, IN., Catherine (Steve) Drabyn, Avon, IN, Patricia (Bill) Werner, Hanna, IN; one son Stephen "Butch" (Tami) Nedza, La Porte, IN. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday January 3, 2015 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, LaPorte, IN with Rev. Ian Williams officiating. Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday evening January 2, 2015 at Essling Funeral Home, 1117 Indiana Ave, La Porte, IN. Burial will follow the mass in Pine Lake Cemetery. Essling Funeral Home is handling the arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to Sacred Heart Building Fund, 130 Bach Street, La Porte, IN, or Alzheimer's Association, Northern Indiana Chapter, 108 N. Main Street, South Bend, IN 46601 or Hospice Foundation, 501 Comfort Place, Mishawaka, IN 46545.

She was so sweet! One of the nicest ladies you'd ever meet. I went to Riley and enjoyed seeing her the most. She made things fun and exciting. I also enjoyed going to their garage sales too. Also enjoyed seeing her at the Polish Carnival. Will miss her smile. Prayers for the family.
