Hello to all of the Pellettiere family. I am truly sorry to hear of Danny's passing. In his own way, he was very instrumental in that part of my growing up in the city. I feel so blessed in having known Danny and the whole family. He was a great human being who had not one mean bone in his body. I believe he truly enjoyed those shiggin dinners across the street !! It truly is sad that he is not here anymore. We will keep everyone in our prayers and please keep in touch with us and maybe we can get together to remember this wonderful person.

So terribly saddened to hear of Danny's passing. He is part of many great memories my brothers and sisters and I have of growing up on Avers. Danny was so happy all the time, and funny, and had a very special relationship with my dad, but Danny was an extremely special person himself. Will always remember him screaming hi! And waving from across the street. My thoughts and prayers and love are with the entire Pellettiere family.

Danny was our best friend who lived across the street from us on Avers Ave. on the west side of Chicago. He was our age so we hung out, played, and once in a while, got in trouble. The Melone family was truly blessed to have him in our lives.

He definitely was the sweetest man. We teased and called him the mayor of harbor point. He was very lucky to have such a beautiful loving family, always there for him. God bless you Danny, May you RIP.

Danny often sat behind us at Assumption Church. My wife Anne and I always enjoyed his kind presence. He was a very special person. Rest in Peace Danny.
