CHARLES FISHER Obituary
CHARLES ARDELL FISHER (Age 99)
On Friday, March 27, 2020, of Alexandria, Virginia. He is the beloved husband of Lorelle Melton Fisher. Charles is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Madison Fisher and Delia Hanlin Fisher, and by his siblings, Mabel Shillingburg Arnold, Ernest Fisher, Bertie Lynch, O'Dessa Kisner, Dorothy Fisher, Dodd Fisher, and Katherine Juanita Moreland. A private burial will be held at Mt. Comfort Cemetery.

We are so sad that we have lost Uncle Charles. We always called him by his middle name Ardelle. Lorelle we kmow you will miss him greatly as will we, but remember he is not suffering anymore. He was a really great uncle, very loving to all and a good christian man. From my childhood I remember when the two of you would come to Mt. Storm on vacation, we would do some visiting to family members and sightseeing together. The both of you would do a thorough job of cleaning your car inside and out, while you had a yard to work in and a garden hose, because for a long time you lived in an apartment. I remember the two of you giving me and my siblings Christmas gifts. After my first year at Lee College in Tenn. the two of you picked be up an took me back home, Uncle Charles even let me drive his Oldsmobile. Lorelle his memory will be with us always and we love you. AKA Annie Oakley
