BERGER--Margaret A., born Vienna, 1932. Loving mother of Josh (Leeza Tander) and David (Tracey Altman), adoring grandmother of Tashi and Noe, beloved wife of Mark who predeceased her, cherished friend, esteemed law professor and legal scholar, and inspiration to many, died peacefully at home November 18. Services today at 11:15am at Riverside Chapel, 180 West 76th Street. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation in Margaret's honor to Brooklyn Law School or to a charity of your choice.

He were so very sorry to hear the news about Margaret's passing. Both Mark and Margaret were dear friends even though we saw them infrequently. They will always live in our hearts and memories of the good times we spent together in New York and San Francisco.
