LAUTENBERG--Frank. It is with deep sadness that we mourn the passing of Senator Frank R. Lautenberg. I've known Frank since 1961 when we met for the ADP underwriting. Frank was a successful businessman with a huge social conscience. He led ADP from a small bookkeeping company to a giant in the data processing industry. Frank entered politics at the top as a U.S. Senator where he successfully promoted health issues and helping those less fortunate. He missed the golden age of corporate executives to accomplish his communal goals. I will miss him, and I know the U.S. and N.J. have lost a major force in the advancement of life. Our sincerest condolences to Bonnie, Ellen, Nan, Lisa, Josh, Danielle and Lara. Stanley and Roberta
