Edward Meehan was a professor in famous for being difficult, when I took his class, I realized that he was true professor and academic of psychology and I learned more about psychology and learned to respect it as a field because of this man. I think he liked me too because we understood eachother, I always meant to go back to speak to him at some point but it seems I´ve missed my chance. Rest in peace professor Meehan.

Professor Meehan was my mentor and friend. I remember vividly the Summer Semester of 2004 when I took his Statistics Class. He taught me the Importance of RESILLANCE. Statistics is all about recognizing PATTERNS in Behavior not the individual data points. I signed up for his Behavioral Psychology research class. I asked myself, am I training the Pigeons, or is Meehan training me through the Pigeons? I had to drop his class, he advised me that I may have to repeat his class. Before dropping out of CSI, I transferred my Transcript to Thomas Edison State College. On December 7th, 2007, the 66th Anniversary of Pearl Harbor, I was conferred my B.A. in Psychology. Thomas Edison went on to become a New Jersey State University.

Truly saddened to hear about his passing. Was the best professor I had at CSI and I was so grateful to be a student in his last experimental lab class. He was very passionate and cared deeply about his students and their success. My deepest condolences to his friends and family.

One of the kindest people I have had the privilege of knowing. A truly good and loving person who saw the good in people. Many lives breathed easier because of him. He will be missed. Sending deepest condolences to his family.
