IRWIN--Frank, 88, of Brooklyn, died October 29. A graduate of Cooper Union, he was a graphic artist, cartoonist, actor, and lifetime socialist. He is survived by his wife Marianne Jackson, children Virginia, Victoria, and Max, and grandson Nicholas Irwin-Testa.
