BRUNNER--George M.

On May 11, 2018 of Oldsmar Florida at age 93. Husband of Ruth (Owens). Son of Mary and Mathias Brunner. Brother of Matthew, Michael, and Katherine, all deceased. Survived by his sister, Frances Severynse and his in- laws, Helen-joe Owens, Rita Jeanne Owens Knoblauh, John Knoblauh, Alice Joyce Owens and Charlene Owens. He also leaves behind many nieces and nephews. George was a decorated WWII veteran who served under General George Patton. After the war, he earned his degree from Columbia University and worked in the chemical and food industries in various executive capacities. George was a proud native New Yorker and a consummate Yankees fan.
