GWEN FRANKLIN Obituary
Gwen Randolph Franklin recently passed away at home at age 97. A lifelong resident of NYC and East Hampton, she loved to travel while leading a trailblazing career in fashion. A fashion editor at Harper's Bazaar for 25 years, she inspired a generation of working women, befriended top American designers and photographers. Gwen will be remembered for her strong spirit, love of family and amazing style. She is predeceased by son Christopher F. Randolph and husband Gordon P. Franklin; survived by Haughton Randolph, Jr./ Julienne Gallardo (Mexico City), Patricia Lyons Randolph (Gulf Stream, FL) and four grandchildren.
