The partners and staff of Bloom Hochberg & Co. mourn Irwin's passing. He was a giant in the accounting profession and a leader in Jewish philanthropy. His dedication to the finest professional standards inspires us in the performance of our daily responsibilities 67 years after the founding of our firm. He will be remembered as a leader among men, a beacon to follow, whose genuine understanding of how to deal with people continues to guide us. He built an everlasting reputation in the world of Jewish philanthropy because of his dedication to the causes of Zionism, Jewish tradition, and Jewish unity. What a wonderful legacy for a kid from Boro Park! We at Bloom Hochberg will miss Irwin's extraordinary energy and leadership, and the Jewish world will miss his unceasing efforts to assist those in need. We pray that his sons, Mitchell, Richard, and Jonathan, as well as their families will find the strength to bear the sorrow of this great man's passing. The Partners and Staff of Bloom Hochberg & Co.
