RAPIN-- Isabelle.

Dr. Isabelle Rapin, Professor Emerita in the Saul R. Korey Department of Neurology and Pediatrics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine. As a seminal figure in academic child and adult neurology, she authored more than 250 unique scholarly contributions in lysosomal diseases, communication disorders, and particularly autism through outstanding/compassionate patient care. She trained generations of clinicians and biomedical scientists, emphasizing neurological diseases as "lifespan disorders". We express our profound condolences to her beloved husband Harold Oaklander and their children. Mark F. Mehler, M.D., Chair Solomon L. Moshe, M.D., Vice Chair, The Saul R. Korey Department of Neurology, Albert Einstein College of Medicine/ Montefiore Medicine
