SCHREIBER--Rabbi Simeon,

Z"L. The Yeshiva University family is saddened by the passing of Rabbi Simeon Schreiber Z"L, brother of Rabbi Joel Schreiber, chair of the Board of Trustees for the Rabbi Isaac Elchanan Theological Seminary (RIETS). Rabbi Simeon Schreiber was a 1958 graduate of Yeshiva College and received his ordination from RIETS in 1961. His career focused on his work as a chaplain for many institutions, including hospitals and a police department; he also served as lead chaplain of Visiting Chaplain Services, Inc., providing spiritual care to those in distress. Condolences to his wife, Rose; his brothers Rabbi Joel Schreiber and Rabbi David Schreiber; and to his children and grandchildren. May they all find comfort among those who mourn for Zion and Jerusalem. Yeshiva University Rabbi Dr. Ari Berman, President; Moshael J. Straus, Chairman, Board of Trustees
