Maggie and Family; we are just heartbroken to hear of Jim's passing. We so enjoyed his presence; he brought warmth to any room he entered and his good humor made him a perfect pal. Jim was a true gentleman and it was our great pleasure to have enjoyed his company as our neighbor. We are truly sorry; please express this to the family. Love, Grant & Elizabeth
