TONY PALLADINO Obituary

PALLADINO--Tony. May 14, 2014. The Art Directors Club sadly, but with great pride, honors Tony Palladino, a pioneering designer and art director, one of the greatest ever inducted into our Art Directors Hall of Fame. Love of images and words, inspired by his talent and humanity, were the essence of his incredibly innovative oeuvre. Through his work, Tony Palladino will live forever.

I just learned that Tony Palladino died. I am so sorry and offer my condolences to his family. 18 years ago, Tony created the logo for the Lincoln Square Business Improvement District which can be seen all over Lincoln Square -- our district, on the uniforms of our workers,on our banners, on our trash receptacles! and on all of our creative material. I loved working with Tony -- he really understood our mission and designed much of our collateral in the early years. Last year, I had the pleasure of running into to Tony and I have a wonderful picture of the two of us. We will miss him and I of course will think of him every day. Again my sincere condolences. Monica Blum, President, Lincoln Square Business Improvement District

My deepest sympathies to his wife and children for such a loss. He was a fellow classmate at Music & Art. A quiet, gifted and lovely human being. I am honored to have known him. May you all be at peace. G. Ann Sherwin Bromberg
