We are shocked and saddened to learn of the passing of Mrs. Kay Forde, a charming and gracious lady and the wife of the renowned Gastroenterologist Dr. Kenneth A. Forde. We had the pleasure of speaking with her at the KAFDA Reception honoring her husband at Columbia U Physicians and Surgeons on Movember 30, 2017. She spoke to us about their recent trip to Buckingham Palace in London, where Dr. Ken Forde was knighted by Queen Elizabeth in October.
We send our deepest condolences to Dr. Kenneth Forde and Family, including their twin grandchildren whom they proudly spoke about often, on behalf of the Golding Family. Mrs. Kay Forde shall be missed. She was always the first person to send a Christmas Card from the Forde Family every year at Holiday time. So sorry that we were not informed at the time of her passing, so that we could have conveyed our sympathy in person at her recent Memorial Services.

Dear Mr. Ford,
We just learned from our daughter Vanessa that your lovely wife passed away.
Please receive our sympathy and heartfelt condolences.
It was an honor for Claudette and me to have met you and Kay as very close friends of our American family.
We wish you strength .
