Mark M. Hall, 47, of Muse, died Tuesday, January 28, 2020, of natural causes, in Pittsburgh.
He was born May 9, 1972, in Washington, a son of Katherine Hall of Pittsburgh and Eugene Sanders of Fredricktown.
Mr. Hall was a 1991 graduate of Canon-McMillan High School, received his associate's degree from California University of Pennsylvania and was a graduate of the Police Academy at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
Mark was a systems analyst for UPMC in Pittsburgh. He also worked as a part-time police officer for Houston Borough, where he was Officer in Charge.
He was a member BPOE Lodge 846 and the Russian Brotherhood, both in Canonsburg, and the Polish Club in Slovan.
He enjoyed spending time on his motorcycle and reading.
Surviving are his wife, Donna Scherer Hall of Canonsburg; two daughters, Faith and Gabrielle Hall of Canonsburg; three sisters, Laurie Hall (Melanie) and Rhonda Cox, both of Pittsburgh, and Bessie Lockhart (Atif) of Muse; a brother, Eugene Hall (Stephanie) of Houston; his grandmother, Bessie Brown of Muse; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
His grandfather, James R. Brown, is deceased.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday in McIlvaine-Speakman Funeral Home Ltd., Robert K. McIlvaine, owner/supervisor, 27 Cherry Avenue, Houston, PA 15342. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 5, in First United Presbyterian Church, 102 North Main Street, Houston, PA 15342. Interment will follow in Oak Spring Cemetery, Canonsburg.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the charity of one's choice.
