KEVIN MALCOLM, 47
Ocala - Kevin Malcolm Fornof, 47, of Silver Springs, FL, passed away at his residence on Sunday, April 24, 2016. Kevin was born on December 12, 1968 in Ocala to Paul and Joan Fornof and has lived here all his life. He was a Master Welder with E-ONE.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Deana Fornof; daughter, Hannah Fornof; and son, Logan Fornof; stepchildren, Jesse Gladdin and Ashley Johnson; three granddaughters; and three grandsons; brothers, Michael (Tonya) Fornof and Richard Fornof of Orlando.
Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, April 30 2016 at Hiers Baxley Funeral Services in Ocala with visitation one hour prior. Interment will follow at Highland Memorial Park in Ocala. Arrangements are being handled by Hiers-Baxley Funeral Services 910 SE Silver Springs Blvd. Ocala, FL 34470 (352)-629-7171. Online Condolences may be expressed at
