Shirley Kukasky
FITCHBURG -- Shirley Patricia Kukasky, age 70, peacefully passed away while surrounded by her family on Sunday, June 10, 2018. She was born to Stephen and Dolores (Stone) Kuthan on December 26, 1947, in Akron, Ohio. Shirley married Daniel Kukasky Jr. on June 26, 1965. Her faith in Jesus was well known as she passionately served the Lord throughout her life.
Shirley is survived by her husband, Daniel of 53 years; three children, Tammy (Pete) Cymbalak, Steven Kukasky, Mary (Jay) Cummins; five grandchildren, Haley (Enrique) Gandara, Caleb Cymbalak, Jack, Ava and Ella Cummins; and "sister"Sherry David.
She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Karen Crites.
Visitation will be held at WEST MADISON BIBLE CHURCH, 2920 County Rd. M, Verona from 9:00 am until 11:00 am on Friday, June 15, 2018. Funeral services will follow at 11:30 am.
