I was a patient of Dr. Mottice's for many years. He was a very man and doctor. He has saved many lives. He was always there for his patients. Thank you for being my doctor and my friend. Are prayers are with his family and friends. May all the wonderful memories from the pass make you remember him and make you laugh through your tears.

Dr Mottice and his family lived in back of our home in Hidden Valley in the early 70’s. They were super nice! He was so kind to my grandmother who worked with him at Green Cross Hospital.
