Suzanne Horrigan (Lusk)
1943-2018
Our loving mother, Suzanne Horrigan, 75, of Akron, Ohio, passed away on September 6, 2018.
Suzanne was born in Akron, Ohio, to Elizabeth and Carl Lusk on February 4, 1943. She graduated from Garfield High School and lived her entire life in Akron. She was a talented tailor and dress maker, owning Goodyear Hall Tailor's and her greatest joys were her children, grandchildren and her dogs.
She is survived by her children, Christine (Don) Bolender and Sean (Rikki) Horrigan. Suzanne leaves behind her six grandchildren: Anthony, Meagan, Taylor, Russell, Hannah, Sean and one great grandchild, Mia. She is also survived by her sister, Barbara (Mike) Donaldson and was preceded in death by her brother, Micheal.
A visitation hour followed by a Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 17, 2018 at Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, 260 Broad St., Wadsworth, OH 44281. The visitation hour will be held from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.; the Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. There will be a reception after the Mass in the Church social hall. Interment will be a private family ceremony.
