I am going to miss Granny so so much. I will never forget all the precious memories I had with her, mostly as a kid. I remember fighting with my sister over who got to sleep in bed with Gran that perticuler night when we stayed all night. Or how while she was braiding my pigtails before church she would give them a good yank if I wasn't staying still!! She was so much fun. She would play with us and tell us stories. We sang and colored. Me and Crissy would be so excited to walk to Darrows with her....she would let us get whatever we wanted, cereal potpies candy!! Oh and we cant forget that every year for both Crissy and mines B-day Gran would get us an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen. I got older and Im sad to say I kinda lost touch with Granny. I didnt visit much or call her much. I now have deep regret for that, but I got to spend alot of time with her when she was in the hospital and hospice. Those are precious memories as well. I'm greatful to have had all the time I did with her. My two kids didnt know her very well but I will make sure they always know who there Great Great Granny was!!! I know she is watching over all of us and I know I'll see her again someday. I love you Gran and I miss you so much already.

Granny has always been a special person in my life and always will. It has been a privilege to have had her for a Great Grandmother and a greater privilege for my girls to have had such a wonderful, kind-hearted Great Great Grandmother. She always loved to spend time coloring, singing, or reading nursery rhymes to myself and my sister when we were kids and my first memories of attending church are with her. I will miss hearing her say "Give me some of your pep," every time I would call or see her. Gran has been an inspiration to me and made me realize that no matter what trials and tribulations life brings us, we always have our Faith to rely on and that will bring us through. She is an angel that will be terribly missed, but it is a great comfort that I know she is now peacefully in Heaven. We love you, Gran.
