Elaine Fobean Obituary
Elaine Ann Fobean, 78, of Stow, passed away Monday afternoon at Maison Aine.
Elaine was born November 17, 1936 in Cleveland to the late Henry and Mary Yurek. She was a resident of Stow for many years and a member of Holy Family Parish. Elaine was a graduate of The Ohio State University. She enjoyed OSU football, theater, cooking, spending time with her grandchildren, and attending church.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 46 years, Donald F. Fobean Sr. who passed in 2007. Elaine is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Donald (Rene), Jeff, and Eric (Dale) Fobean; and her grandchildren, Jake, Allyson, Katlyn, Kelsey, Emma, Jack, and Samantha.
Friends may call Friday, 4 to 8 p.m. at the Dunn-Quigley Funeral Home, 3333 Kent Rd. (at Rt. 91) in Stow. Mass of Christian Burial will be 1 p.m. Saturday at Holy Family Church, 3179 Kent Rd. in Stow. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Holy Family Church. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I got to know your mom at Maison Aine' and she was a wonderful lady. I remember how her face would light up when any of you came to see her and she loved playing bingo. I will miss Elaine
