Kathy K. Landis

Kathy K. Landis, 57, of Lodi, Ohio passed away Monday, Jan. 12, 2016 at her home.

She was born May 13, 1958 in Okinawa, Japan to Michael and Marta (Keil) Mahoney.

She grew up in Cleveland where she graduated from Beumont High School. She attended Purdue University and studied engineering.

Kathy worked in the banking industry throughout her career for FirstMerit Bank, Westfield Bank, and PNC Bank in Seville.

She was a member of Lodi United Methodist Church where she sang in the church choir. She was a member of Friends of the Library in Lodi, past member of Lodi Rotary Club, and was a volunteer at Newbridge Place in Lodi. Kathy enjoyed reading, following the Browns and loved animals.

She is survived by her children, Richelle (Brian) Zakrzewski, Laura Zakrzewsk, Michael Landis; mother, Marta Dailey; sisters, Ann-Marie Mary (James) Schumacher, Megan Deirdre; brother, Michael (Barbara) Mahoney; and five nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Michael Mahoney in 1982 and sister, Marta Ann Mahoney in 2013. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, Jan. 19, at 11 a.m. at the Parker Funeral Home, 210 Medina St., Lodi (330-948-1122). Rev. Don Kuntz will officiate.
