Bud and Adaline worked on their dairy farm together. She also worked outside of their home, at the Olean General Hospital, until her retirement in 1990.

Adaline was a lifetime member of the River's Edge United Methodist Church, where she devoted herself to doing the Lord's work.

She will be deeply missed by her children, Larry (Terri) Merrick and Linda (late Daniel) Martello of Portville.
