Dave, we are so very sorry to hear this. I would have loved to have been able to meet Kim and I know John was looking forward to seeing her and visiting with both of you. Our hearts hurt for you and your family, and we have had Kim in our prayers for healing since we heard of her illness. We are praying for strength for you and family in the hard days to come, wisdom for difficult decisions, peace that passes all understanding, and God's comfort and His arms wrapped around you holding you tight right now. You two shared an incredible and unique love and we pray that God holds you especially tight.
