Nancy W. KenyonVernon-Nancy W. Kenyon, age 68, of Van Epps Street passed away peacefully late Saturday evening, September 22, 2018 in the Oneida Healthcare Center.She was born on May 15, 1950 in Oneida, New York a daughter of late Everett H. and Norma (Eychner) Way Sr. and was a graduate of Vernon Verona Sherrill High School.On August 6, 1971 Nancy and John W. Kenyon were united in marriage in Sherrill, NYand shared that vow of over forty-two years together until John's death on June 12, 2014.Prior to her retirement Nancy was employed in the wrapping department of OneidaLimited Silversmiths and later with Sherrill Manufacturing retiring in 2012.Nancy enjoyed listening to music, watching dirt car racing, shopping, going on outings, and spending time with her pets. The most special times were spent with her family. Surviving are her four sons, Peter Kenyon of SC, Paul (LeeAnn) Kenyon of GA, John (Kelly) Kenyon of KY, Jason Sheehan of Syracuse, two sisters, Luanne (Scott) DeWolf of Vernon, Gloria (Ronald) Carney of Vernon, one brother Everett H. Way Jr. of Sherrill, seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She had many nieces and nephews that were very special to her.Family and friends are invited to call on Wednesday, September 26, 2018 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. at the Malecki Funeral Home Inc., 23 Front Street, Vernon, NY.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the funeral home immediately following the calling hours. Burial will follow those services in Maple Grove Cemetery, Vernon, NewYork.
