LUBLIN, STEPHEN G., of Orlando, Florida, peacefully passed away early Tuesday morning, May 15, 2012, under the care of doctors at the Mayo Clinic. Steve surrendered his terminal fight with a two-year battle against idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis after having spent Monday surrounded by his loving wife Kyle, his family, "Amigos", and friends, and a day filled with laughter and loving support. Born in Toledo, Ohio on November 2, 1948, Steve proudly served in the US Air Force from 1966 to 1970. He married Kyle in 1974, and the two moved to Orlando in 1986. There they founded CFO Consulting, Inc. in 1989. In addition to Kyle, Steve is survived by his sisters, Janis Miller and Carol Lynn Kline, his brothers Donald, Patrick and Michael, his nine nieces and nephews, and his four grand nieces and nephews. Steve was preceded in death by his father Philip, his mother Carolyn, and his brother Larry. Steve's hobbies included golf, travel, motorcycling and karaoke. A memorial service will be held at the Stoneybrook East Golf Club's community clubhouse located at 2900 Northampton Drive, Orlando, Florida 32828, from 5PM to 8PM. The clubhouse can be accessed at the second entrance to Stoneybrook from Alafaya Trail which is Northampton Drive. In lieu of flowers, it was Steve's wish that contributions be made to the Wounded Warrior Project, www.woundedwarriorproject.org, or The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, www.pulmonaryfibrosis.org.

Steve, you will never be out of my thoughts and memories. You were an incredible big brother, a patriarch to the family, an inspiration for kindness and generosity to everyone, a witty and fun friend, and just an outstanding individual all around. I will miss you something fierce, but I'll remind myself that you are with God now, out of pain, and hopefully riding motorcycles with Larry. Let your light shine, big brother. All my love, Lynn

Dear Lublin Family,
Please accept my heart-filled condolences in this time of loss and grief. Many friends are praying for you, and asking the Lord to give you strength. Stephen, you will always be remembered in our prayers and in our hearts! Please remember us in yours, as you smile down on your family and friends from Heaven. You will be sadly missed, but at the same time, there is joy in knowing you are at peace with our Father in paradise! May your soul, and all the souls of our faithful departed, through thy Lord's mercy, rest in peace. Our Father has called you home. After such a courageous fight, you are able to rest now, and dwell in the House of the Lord forever. I will always cherish my friendship with your brother Don. And knowing that you are Don's brother, I can say without any reservation, that the impact you made in this world is greater than you could ever know. Your work in this world is now done, and a fine job you did.
