DeAnn enlivened the Bellingham, Whatcom County, and Washington State political landscape with extraordinary intellect, ethical excellence, and personalized leadership. Of my 48 years Libertarian Party participation, DeAnn stands out as an exceptional contributor to initiatives for individual freedom.
