Giovanni ALLOGGIA Obituary
Passed away peacefully in Italy on January 21, 2013 at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Berardina Alloggia and cherished father of Maria (Doug), Lucia (Dan) and daughter-in- law Anita. Predeceased by his sons Antonio and Raffaele. Nonno will be sadly missed by his grandchildren David, Damiano, Fabiana, Alexandra, Victoria and Laura. Friends may pay respects at a Memorial Mass to be held at St. Anthony's Church, 427 Booth St, on Monday, March 18 at 7:00 p.m.

My condolences to the family of Giovanni. I have fond memories of him from my childhood. He used to let me pick grapes in his backyard, and let me help as he taught my dad, Wayne, to make sausages. He also never let me go home without a handful of clear licorice candies. Great memories of a great man.
