Mary I was so saddened by the news of Stans passing. However it is with great humilty that I say it wasn't until Friday that I heard the news and therfore was not able to attend the wake or the funeral and pay my respects in person. Please accept my sincere condolences to you and George, Peter, Helen and especially my old friend Johnny. I miss seeing you all after midnight mass and I do look for you all every year....

A tribute to Stanley Daszkowski, a very dear friend, sent with love from the Spindler family.
Aunt Mary, we shall forever be grateful to you and Uncle Stanley for all the help and kindnesses shown to our family, mother Charlotte, father Willy (deceased), and us children Gerda, Sabine, Angelika, John (your godchild) and Margaret. You have been our gentle "rock" during these fifty years of friendship and we thank you.
Our heartfelt sympathy to the whole Daszkowski family.

Dear Mary and Family
Please accept my sincere sympathy in the passing of a dear Husband and Father. Your family were great neighbours on Hugh Street and great friends also. I will always remember the great times we had at the parties.
My thoughts and prayers will be with you in the days ahead. Keep all your memories of each other close to your hearts.

Mary and Michael,
I remember meeting Stan a long time ago. I shall celebrate Mass for the happy repose of his soul today at 12 noon at the Ottawa Civic hospital.
