Mark Steinberg

STEINBERG, Mark Kelly Signs Peacefully in his sleep, with family by his side, on Saturday, October 14, 2017 at the age of 62. Mark never complained about his illness and was a fighter right to the end. He fought bravely and head on until his body ran out of strength. Mark will be greatly missed by his wife Bev of 36 years and his two children Lindsay and Jordan and best friend, Maggie (dog). Loving son of the late Frances and the late Harry Steinberg. Son-in-law to Dorothy and Ben Greenberg. Dear brother to Lisa and Neil Casselman, Jackie and Brian Cohen, Howard and Pamela Greenberg and Gary and Louise Greenberg. Cherished and adored uncle to Jillian and Justin Lipton, Amanda Casselman, Hilary and Sydney Cohen, Olivia Greenberg and Hailey Greenberg. Funeral Service will be held at the Jewish Memorial Chapel, 1771 Cuba Avenue, Ottawa, on Monday, October 16, 2017, at 2 p.m. Interment at Jewish Memorial Gardens, 2692 Bank Street. Shiva is being observed Monday 7-9 p.m., Tuesday and Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at 64 Cimarron Crescent. For those wishing, donations may be made to the Leukemia Society.
