95, died August 20, 2013. She was born in St. Joseph, Mo., July 18, 1918, to the late Mr. & Mrs. Harry B. Cushman. She was married for 39 years to her pre-deceased husband, Richard S. Rutmann of Dayton, Ohio. She was later married to Judge Martin Rendelman, deceased, of Washington, D.C. She has two sons, the late Robert S. Rutmann of Orlando, Fl. and Thomas L. Rutmann, of Greenacres, Fl.; 4 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. Charlotte was a graduate of the University Of Illinois, and was the Co-Founder of The Senior Congregants of Temple Israel in Dayton, Ohio; she was the Advisor to the STP Sorority in Dayton and was also a Life Master at Bridge. She was active in volunteer work for various organizations which included many amateur productions which she wrote and produced. A Memorial Service is planned in her honor on Sunday, August 25th.
