My wife and I have known Art since we moved into his new Marina Apartments as newlyweds in 1964. I was freshly out of the Navy and working at Pratt & Whitney. We had a long lasting friendship with Art. We moved out in 1965 after the birth of our daughter; 20 years later, our daughter graduated from college and became our 2nd generation resident in Marina Apartments. Art was a wonderful landlord; once a month he sponsored a free party for all hands. We will always have fond memories of Art. Our sincere condolences to Mark and the other members of Art's family.
