Army in the 1950's. He then joined RCA as an engineer until his retirement. Carl leaves behind his sweetheart of 30 years, Joanne Roper; loving children, Joji (Joe) Todd and Stan (Cheri) Roper; grandchildren, Erin Roper Young, Joey Todd and Frank Roper.
