Mike was originally from Winchester, Indiana and graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelors of Science Degree. On the flip of a coin, he and his wife moved to Fort Lauderdale, FL where he began his life long career as a Certified Public Accountant. He was in private practice full time in North Palm Beach, FL from 1973 until 2009 when he began the steps towards his retirement.
His professional affiliations included the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountant. He was also a Past President of the Exchange Club of the Northern Palm Beaches and the North Palm Beach/Palm Beach Gardens Jaycees, a member of the Finance Committee of his church, St. Paul of the Cross Catholic Church, and enjoyed giving back to the community.
Mike and Pam moved to Habersham County, Georgia two years ago to be closer to their children and grandchildren and to enjoy a quiet, peaceful retirement. A private memorial will be held at a future date.
