Dear Donna and family,
My heartfelt sympathy goes out to you. Although I only had the pleasure to be with you and Steve just one time, I was made to feel part of the family. Every time my Bob would speak of Steve it was with a smile and the utmost respect. He so enjoyed telling of times he and Steve were together be it church or harmonizing together. Donna, you and Steve made a wonderful difference in Bob's life and for this I thank you. Just know you and your family are in my prayers,

Dear Donna, Mark and Cyndi,
If we could place all of Steve's acts of kindness end to end it would stretch from here to the moon and back again – no one can match all that he did for so many people – Steve was a totally selfless person. That smile was so precious and was his way of extending his love and concern and empathy for all who came in contact with him. Steve was forever lending his love for mankind to all who touched his world. Together, Donna and Steve were an incomparable team, an extension of the aura of Howard and Ginny Swyers and how their lives touched so many people and especially children, of which I am but one of many. It's as if Howard and Ginny passed the baton to Donna and Steve in a seamless manner like in a relay, not like a race, but in a quest for raising ones standards to as high as it can be, whether it is having a nearly perfect attendance record at Rotary or inspiring a young person to seek the highest and best they can in their lives. And now it is up to you, Donna to carry on with the support of Mark and Cyndi and friends. Donna, we know you have lost your soul-mate, but although he is not there physically, rest assured, he is there on your shoulder, lending you his support and love, today and every day. Stand tall and be strong, and lean on all of your many friends and the Lord when you feel the need. We send our love to you and your family. Remember your family also extends from here to the moon and back again. I had hoped to fly over from the Bahamas for the service, but just couldn't make it, but I will be there in spirit.
Love, Priscilla and Robert Benner

We send our prayers to Donna and family. Both Steve and Donna made a huge impact on my life as a teenager. Steve was my first dentist and I still have one of his fillings - done when he first opened his practice in WPB. His love of God, music, and his family was an inspiration. His was truly a life well lived! May our Lord continue to bless his family with sweet memories of Steve.

As a fellow colleague, I came to know Steve at the Atlantic Coast Dental Research Clinic. I attended many classes with Steve over the past 20 years.
Though I was young enough to be his son, we just seemed to "hit it off." Steve and I had so many wonderful conversations at the Research Clinic.
One of the many things that impressed me about Steve was his PASSION for dentistry (and life). He was in his 80s, and not only still practicing, but still LEARNING. He LOVED it! I often told him that he was an inspiration and that I hope I'm able to work into my later years as he has.
He ALWAYS had a smile on his face. He listened to my stories with unwavering engagement.
At risk of not being eloquent, I'll simply say that Steve was just the coolest guy. I consider myself lucky to have known him. Rest in peace, Steve.

It was with a sad heart on hearing that Dr A had passed away.
I'm so glad I had a chance to write him recently to let him know the impact he had on PBHS athletic programs in the late 50's and early 60's with his financial, moral, and dental support.
I personally got to thank him for bringing back my smile by fixing two chipped teeth after football season.
When I went to boot camp a few years later the Army Dentist told me the two teeth were the best match he had ever seen.
He will be missed by all who crossed his path
May he rest in peace.

What a wonderful man with a welcoming spirit that made you feel you'd known him for years after only just meeting him. Brian and I send our love and prayers to you, Mark, your dear mother and family. I had the pleasure of handling their mortgage several years ago. I thought Mr and Mrs Aliapoulois were the nicest people. I drove out to their house several times to assist in the process and they told me lots of interesting stories about their many years together here in West Palm Beach. I am very sorry to hear he has passed. God Bless him. I will pray for Donna.

Dear Donna -- We were regular guests in your home during our work with the FHHS Youth for Christ Club, in the early 70's. As we watched you & Steve serving God together, happily involved in your children's lives, so warmly hospitable -- you had a great impact on our young marriage! I will remember Steve's big smile, big voice, big hug, and big heart.
It was very special to see you both again at TKA's musical events in recent years -- still holding hands, still smiling! You two have blessed many lives over the years -- ours included. May our Father fill your heart with His peace, with thanksgiving, and with deep joy as you trust in Him -- He is your very Present Help in every time of need. Our love to you

I will forever have fond memories of Dr. A (and his family), since I spent a goodly number of hours during my high school years camped out on the floor of his family room. Always a gentleman, great sense of humor, devoted husband, father and grandfather and, most importantly, a shining example of what a good Christian should be. Donna, Mark, Cindi and all extended members of the Aliapoulios Family: I wish you peace for your breaking hearts and joy at knowing that he has gone to be with our Lord. We will all see him again one day.

My condolence to Dr. A's family. I had the privilege in working with him for many years, what an outstanding dentist, person and employer. The only dentist I worked with that really appreciated his employees and he let you know it. At the end of each work day he would say “thank you” for your work and treating his patients. WOW, don't get that these days. He will be truly missed!

Steve was a great person in everything I can think of. My parents and the whole Curl Family adored Steve. We send our best to Donna and Steve's family at this time of sorrow. I remember Donna and Steve's beautiful wedding at First Methodist Church. All the Curl family were patients in Steve's first dental office. Steve and Donna are why my sister Diane Curl became a dental hygienist. Steve sang excellent bass in the Swyers family quartet and made Howard Swyers very happy. My wonderful memories could go on and on.

I moved out of the area for 10 years, but continued to see Dr. Steve. Never trusted anyone else as my dentist. I would make vacation plans around my cleanings twice a year, call my mom and say "get me an appointment with Dr. Steve". I will always remember his hearty, infectious laugh. You could hear it when you walked in the door of the office. You knew the Dr. was in.

To the family of Dr.Steve Aliapoulios, My love and prayers are with you all at this sad time of his passing. What a wonderful guy he was, and my Mama, Beulah Lindsey, loved him to pieces and always had a joke for him. I am certain that she was there to greet him as he entered Heaven's gates, and I'm also sure she had a joke for him! Our 50th anniversary is tomorrow, and I STILL have fillings that Dr. Steve put in when I was a child! God bless and comfort all of you and give you that "peace that passes understanding" that only He can give!
